(Bottle) Pours yellow with no head. Little flavor and extremely watery. Very poor beer.

Utterly forgettable. Nothing special for a mexican beer or a beer period. Buy a Dos Equis or a Tecate instead.

330 can. Transparent yellow, completely filtered. Artificial carbonatation. White foam, that disappears in little time. Vague smell like cereals, some more to less noble ingredients. Simple taste. Bitter and more than average acid. Thin like water. Temperature betters slightly the aroma, tending this to cereal, but not flavor. More time passed, flavor turns anoyingly acid.

Golden colour. The aroma and palate both show a shocking amount of cideryness, clearly an acetaldehyde issue. Grainy, watery, not much going on, which saves it from being truly offensive, and that’s all I the credit I can give it.

Poured a clear pale yellow with a thin white foamy head. Had a nose of sweet macro lager malts with a faint spicy hop. A lightly crisp and smooth light bodied mouthfeel, o.k. drinkability. Sweet malty and husky grain taste, pretty standard and kind of bland, a light lemon with a little spice and a dryish grainy finish. An o.k. macro lager, but this brewer has a couple of other lagers I would rather have, like Tecate or Dos Equis, for me, this is barely passable.

A golden color. Aroma has both malt and hops, but the hops are not the quality to have the best aroma. Flavor is actually dull and a little sweet for a pale lager. Lots of grain and some low quality hops. Not the worst from Mexico, but not my choice in the group.

Quite possibly the best beer I have ever tasted. I’ll say this about Carta Blanca - its better than Baja, but not by much. I have no idea why I bought this bottle of beer besides the fact that I kinda liked the label.

Bottle. Again, nothing really special about this Mexican lager, so it’s not really any different than the other lagers out there. Good with a great mexican meal.
