I don’t thinks so. It wasn’t pale. How about. Yellow piss water with some corn thrown in. This was a big time drain pour. beaconstreet (811), Washington DC, USA

Really has a strong corn flavor, like cornbread, so it’s not really bad. Better than alot of Mexican swill. shrubber85 (2966), Wallhalben, Germany

Beer is pretty good as well - nice malt/hops flavor - not too strong - pleasant mild beer. RedEft (131), Wichita, Kansas, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jul 16, 2004 After a poor pour leaving a head the texture of old bath water, I was surprised at the intense grainy aroma and full bodied flavor of this beer. At 6 percent alcohol, this is quite strongly hopped and has the pleasant zingy bitter qualities often found in lighter beers around 3.5 or 4 percent. It also has a pleasant, grainy-citrus aftertaste. This is the kind of beer that would taste good down to the last of a 6-pack; I got mine in a quart bottle at $2.59 which is quite a bargain in my opinion.
