Thanks to my future sister-in-law for this one. This was a bad one. pale lager. I don’t thinks so. It wasn’t pale. How about. Yellow piss water with some corn thrown in. This was a big time drain pour.

This was interesting--very malty and wheaty. Had some bounce to it; good as a beer to drink outside in the summer.

Clear golden color, disappearing head. Weak hoppy and flowery aroma. Sweet malty and slighly hoppy flavor. Thin and blah blah blah.......

Pours a typical golden color, with little head. No smell. Really has a strong corn flavor, like cornbread, so it’s not really bad. Better than alot of Mexican swill.

The greatest thing about Carta Blanca is you have to buy it in Mexico in the short, stubby bottle - they make the bottles with a little indentation on the bottom so you can put one bottle on top of the otther and open them - a pretty simple idea but I think its pure genius. Beer is pretty good as well - nice malt/hops flavor - not too strong - pleasant mild beer.

Decent amber color, dirty head. Respectable alcohol bite with some lingering hops. Certainly better than Tecate or Bohemia.

Not hoppy, citrusy, malty to challenge my tastebuds. Water start middle and finish. Ok when you’re hot and this is whats available.

After a poor pour leaving a head the texture of old bath water, I was surprised at the intense grainy aroma and full bodied flavor of this beer. At 6 percent alcohol, this is quite strongly hopped and has the pleasant zingy bitter qualities often found in lighter beers around 3.5 or 4 percent. It also has a pleasant, grainy-citrus aftertaste. This is the kind of beer that would taste good down to the last of a 6-pack; I got mine in a quart bottle at $2.59 which is quite a bargain in my opinion.
