| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 16, 2004 This was a little better than I expected. Grassy aroma. Appearance is a dark golden color. Flavor is slightly malty with a tiny bit of Saaz hop bitterness. I could see this as a good session beer. Its better than many generic 3rd world lagers Ive tried. Nagash (202), Paris, France

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Mar 10, 2004 Bottle, 3/04. An interesting find that I would never try if Moroccan beers were common. Fluffy white head, creamy. Fairly cloudy, orangeish/amber color. Aroma a bit like Yeungling, papermills, corn, and banana. Flavors of sweet malts and corn, corriander (?) and pear. Not bad, really, and much better than expected. No hops on finish. Refreshing, bland but tasty. Jeppe (2638), Ølbutikken, Denmark

Like a lot of other "exotic" lagers this one is so ordinary it hurts....! Very light yellow body with a short-lived white head. Typical weak malty aroma and an equal weak flavor. Definately my first and last Casablanca!! elsberry (87), North Carolina, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jan 9, 2004 Seemed to be a weak lager, with maybe too much of the water part of the ingredients. Sweet malt flavor. Little to no hop taste, but some floral hop scent. I liked this one, but only because it was 105 degrees the day I had it, and I had been outside for hours.
