12oz bottle 9/18/08 (Knightly Spirits)-Pours a golden body with a small white head. Aroma of skunk with grains. The flavor is of grains. This light bodied brew finishes with a crispness but overall I was expecting worse. Not bad.

Bottle - poured clear golden with thin white head. Light aroma of corn and butter. Malt and water taste. Empty, sad feeling after finishing one of these.

Thanks to Eva for bringing a 330ml bottle back home from Marrakech. See-through golden body with a few white patches on the top and a bubbly ring around the rim of the glass. Weak smell of pale malts and fresh grass. Sweet fruity taste with some notes of bitterness to the ending. Dry palate. Soft carbonated and medium bodied. So and so, but not bad for the style [at home in Tromsø, 20.12.2008].

bottle, Auchan Illkirch-Graffenstaden. Clear goplden yelow, mid-sized head. Malty, slightly hopy with a grainy and metallic touch. Quite all right.

Pours with a medium brown hue, with absolutely no head whatsoever. Aroma is of skunk, lots of butter, and a lot of barnyard funk! Flavor is of cornbread - very starchy and yeasty. Light mouth feel with lively carbonation! Not a good beer.

Pours with a small white head that goes quickly and a darkish yellow body. Aroma of skunk, butter and corn. Taste is butter and cornbread. Fizzy and dry mouthfeel, not an enjoyable beer at all!

Can: Poured a golden yellow color with a creamy white head. Aroma is sweet fresh corn. Taste is sweet with malt and water undertone. Very refreshing!

Pours clear gold with thin white head. The aroma with classic pale lager notes of floral and spice hops mixing with sweet sugary malts and some creamed corn. The taste begins less sweet than the aroma was hinting toward. I get a decent hit of spicy and then some floral hops that actually build toward a moderate level of bitterness to midway and stay that strength all the way into the finish. Behind the hops is a persistent under current of malty sweetness and then some corn building a bit into the finish. Nothing wrong with this beer. It just isn’t a style of interest.
