| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jun 9, 2009 750ml bottle. Pours a hazy, swampy sunset orange with a fluffy off white head that left some spotty lacing. Nose was mostly sweet sweet and tart apricots with some citrus and light vinegar. Sweet flavor with apricots being dominant and hints of sweet oak that showed in the background. Brew finishes with a mixture of tartness and semi sweet. I like how Cascade doesn’t try to do too much with their sours, always very drinkable. KimJohansen (7143), Copenhagen V, Denmark

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 13, 2009 Tons of pressure behind the cork, but no foam over when it popped. Huge rocky white head that has lots of large bubbles. Nicely sour. First flavor is of the brett, but the apricot quickly reveals itself nicely. Body a dark cloudy orange color. Good job!
