750 ml corked and caged bottle poured a lightly hazy orange with a lasting off white head. Aromas of apricot, sour citrus, light funk and a hint of leather. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a tart finish. Flavors of sour citrus, apricots, barnyard and light leather with a crisp lingering tart finish. A surprisingly tasty sour!

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, elderflowers, and fruit. The flavor has nice brettanomyces notes combined with lighter notes of elderflowers and wood.

Pure, pure aroma of apricots explodes out of the glass. Acidic, but not very funky; more clean fruit. Tartness is medium sour. A delicious expression of the apricot through this beer.

#3 Bottle. [Papsoe grand American tasting] Small light creamy off-white head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Light cloudy golden color. Aroma of elder flower, sweet floral, citrus, fruit, light barnyard, sour Brett, milky like notes as well. Over the palate came strong sour notes of mild pepper, vinegar and perfume, soap. Medium to almost full body with an average carbonation and dry texture. Moderated sour and light sweet flavor. Lingering sour fruity, rubber and perfume finish. 7 / 3 / 8 / 4 / 15 = 3.7
