Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is peach, cask wood, fruity, caramel, vanilla, brett and lactic notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light to moderate acidic and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090501]

Mar 22, 2008 Pale, dull gold colour with a slight haze. Yoghurty, clean apricot aroma evokes morning dew and true love. Tart and clean. The hints of apricot are clean and gorgeous. Finishes soft, slightly sweet, moderately tart. Balanced and refreshing. Easily the best of the Cascade fruit beers, and one that lovers of Lindemans Peche should hunt down - it does the same thing only without the suck.
