25.4 oz bottle. Magenta brown with a bone froth and tiny active surface carb. Nose is woody cherry with a touch of earth. Lightish body with refreshing, semi-sparkling carb. Taste is sour cherry and jam. A tad muted but nicely softened to make this highly drinkable.

Appearance: Pours an opaque, garnet-hued body with a thin, ivory-colored head. Smell: Fine aroma smelling of pound cake, slight oaky notes, and simply teeming with cherry goodness. Taste: Plenty of juicy cherry flavor with a light flourish of acidity and a thin vein of sweetness. Handful of cake crumbs. Delicate oaken character throughout. Long, fruity finish with a faint hint of vanilla. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Moderate carbonation. Drinkability: Quite nice! Pleasantly fruity and all kinds of refreshing. I certainly enjoyed this one more than I thought I would.

Bottle thanks to 11026: Pours a transparent ruby copper with a frothy, nicely-lacing light tan head with pinkish hues. Aroma of fresh sour cherries and oak with lightly sweet fruity complexity. Body starts with a slightly oily palate, effervescent carbonation and nice sweet and sour fruity cherry balance with oaky complexity toward the drier finish. Could use a little more body, but still a nice, very drinkable sour ale.

Bottle from 11026. Hazy dirty red, highly carbonated. Aroma is rather muted cherry, vanilla, oak. Flavor is almost alco-pop. Cherry sweetness up front, faint oak/woodiness through the middle. Carbonation really cleans the palate. Decent overall.

Bottle: The aroma consists of sweet cherries with lighter sour cherries and light vanilla. Pours a slightly hazy brownish-red with a pinkish off-white head. The flavor starts with a very quick sweet cherry that quickly turns sour with a hint of vanilla and oak in the finish. Light bodied with a slightly spritzy mouthfeel.

750 ml bottle - thanks to yonkers65 for sharing this; ruby red with thin, white head; fruity and tart cherry aromas; a nice mix of sweet and sour; finish is pretty tart and sharp and sourness lingers; certainly interesting; gots to get me some more next time in ptown

750, capped and waxed. Thanks, Yonkers65! Ruddy, rubied very dark brown. Thin, fizzy gray rim. Otherwise headless, laceless, fairly still. Huge tart, pleasantly vinegary cherry nose. Lively carb on a medium-sized body. Vinegary, pleasantly minerally, fruity, and refreshing. Ron Gansberg is Da Man.

Bottle shared by beastiefan2k... many thanks. Deep garnet coloured beer. Aroma is quite cherryish and lightly chocolatey. A little bit of spiciness and some lingering cocoa. There is a bit of funky wildness that while interesting, isn’t exactly good. Chocolate and even a bit of coconut. All the things I’m writing could be good... but unfortunately it isn’t.
