This kriek pours a medium reddish color from a 750ml bottle. Small to medium sized white/pinkish foamy head. The aroma is tart and sweet cherries a touch of funk. A medium bodied sour/kriek. The malts are fruity and sweet, semi sweet and tart cheery. The hops are earthy. A little bit of funk, with some bitterness. Interesting. I would like to age this one a while and try it again. Pours a pinkish red colour with a creamy tan/beige head. Aroma of apple cider vinegar, tart cherries and funk. Flavour of apple cider vinegar is the dominate taste along with tart cherries, and funk. Very sour beer.

Bottle at the Where the Wild Beers are event. Pours a hazy crimson brown with a thin white head. Light cherry, vinegar. Light cherry, tangy, some vinegar. Finishes tangy and crisp.

Pours a deep red brown with a ton of medium sized bubbles that disappear and a small faint brown head. Nice oak, mild cherry with some good tartness to it, earthy in aroma and taste. Real good Flanders Style!
