Bottle. [Papsoe grand American tasting] Small light creamy beige head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Hazy amber color. Aroma of mild cherry, vinegar, citrus, fruit. Over the palate came cherry, almond, marzipan and almost cinnamon like in the appearance. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation and light dry texture. Moderated sweet and acidic flavor. Lingering light sour cherry like finish. 7/ 3 / 8 / 3 / 16 = 3.7
