Commercial Description:
This "Traditional German-Style Bock'' is a lager brewed with all German malts which includes generous amounts of German "Carafa" specialty malt; this malt gives the beer a pronounced chocolate-like flavor and creates a dark brown beer. This brew has a slight warming feeling from the 7% alcohol it contains. To style this is a medium-bodied beer with a mild hop bitterness aroma.

On tap at Redmond brewpub location--Light, mustard-golden-straw body with a wispy white head. Cereal, malt nose. Sweet, crisp, floral, and dry. Clean residual sweet grain finish. Quite good.

Draft @ KLCC Microbrew Festivel: Pours a dark chestnut brown with a smaller beige head. Aroma is malty, roasty, and a bit earthy. Flavorful with roast and herbal earth tones. Light amount of floral hops. Had that eggshell sensation. Finished with moderate lingering bitters.
