Commercial Description:
This crisp, refreshing gold Ale differs from most ale due to its comparatively low fermentation temperatures. The Kolsch yeast used for this beer performs well at temps as low as 56 degrees Fahrenheit, which creates an ale that is smooth in flavor and quite drinkable. Grain: 100% Pilsner Malt Hops: German Perle, German Tettnanger, German Hersbrucker

Clear golden. Aroma is very light fruits iwth a hint of grass and bread. A very clean Kolsch, but also quite boring.
