Mostly clear dark copper colored body - viscous, thick and oily appearance when swirled. Apples and candied honey in the nose with a tannic and tart pear and agave character. Candy sugar character sweetens the drink and compliments the apple cider vinegar acidity. Dense, stiff texture, full, frothy, wonderful. cprochak (400), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 18, 2009 Bright gold, creamy head, lots of lacing. The aroma is sweet and tart with peach and apricot showing each side. Great wood character, dry and chewy, bitingly so. Finishes with very under ripe stonefruit.
