| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Aug 6, 2003 Pours with an amber-orange body topped by a thick white quickly disappearing head with a decent amount of lace. Slightly sweet and citrusy hop aroma well balanced with malt. Not a ton of hops in the aroma but more so than malt. Sweet and slightly citrusy hop flavor with good malty notes and a bitter hoppy finish. Medium Bodied and smooth with a touch of dryness. Hopistotle420 (1178), Amherst, Massachusetts, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 14, 2003 This beer poured a cloudy brown amber color and formed a small white bubbly head that left trace lace as it subsided. A small amount of carbonation was present. An aroma of malt and caramel was present with a touch of hops. The flavor was of malt, caramel with some bitterness brought on by the hops. The finish was dry and light. Not a bad little pale.
