Jul 8, 2007 Updated: May 13, 2008Bottle (35 cl) from Systembolaget. Reddish amber, medium creamy off-white head. Toffeish malt aroma, with spicy, herbal and earthy hops. Medium bodied and smooth, yet with lively carbonation. Good balance, bitter but quite short finish.

Flavor has hops,nice balanced with a fruity touch.Medium body,and a thin to medium finich.

Apr 22, 2007 On tap at Redbones BBQ. Pours a translucent amber reb with a smaller creamy off white head that left some lacing. Aroma of caramel, sweet maltiness, some toffee and nuts with some hints of light citrus. Flavor of caramel, toffee, nutes, hop bitterness (light) and some citrus hop flavor. A bit on the watery side.

Apr 4, 2007 This beer was poured into a snifter glass with no head at all. There is a nice amber color to it and it has a sweet smell. The taste is kind of bitter with a tart white grape.

Mar 29, 2007 Pour into a pint glass received a nice head with a nice amber to red colour. The aroma was of nuts and hops. Hops taste, slightly bitter at first, but overall a decent brew.

Jan 15, 2007 Bottle, from mug. Dated 03-30-07. Body is crystal clear, but a deep red-mahogany color. Head is pale yellow and diminishing, with the texture of a root beer head; decent lacing. The roasted aroma is complimented some interesting off-notes...almonds, and a touch of leather. Light-to-medium body, thinnish texture, average carbonation. Flavor shows a distinct bitterness; unfortunately it has a metallic quality, and the malts are not exciting enough to save it. Finishes metallic, then sweet.
