Commercial Description:
Our hugely popular Summer Ale exploded onto the scene just two short years ago. Light, yet flavorful, this brew complements seafood, steak or salad equally well. Balanced, with an aromatic hop finish, the Summer Ale brings sunshine to your stomach.

Pretty good beer, not too familiar with any other summer ales, but this had no off flavors or the like. Great to mix it up a little with this one.

Excellent summer ale. Poured a golden, coppery color with a fluffy head. Sweet smell with just hint of lemon and maybe strawberry. Perfectly balance flavor and a crisp smooth finish. Beer had a heartier flavor than many summer ales but not at all overpowering. I couldn’t have asked for a better ale after mowing and weedwacking the yard.

Bottle: pours golden yellow with a fluffy white head. Nice looking. Light wheaty aroma, slight hairspray. Flavor is a little metallic and grainy. Slight lemon. Finishes dry. Okay beer.

Bottle, from Julio’s. For best flavor drink by 07/09/05. Good nose, Lemon, wheat, sourdough, grass. Nice clean yellow gold color. Good white heat that faded to a ring. Bitter flavors, sameas aromas with a peppery smoke thing. Thinner bodied, lite creamy mouthfeel, Sour bittter finish. Nice brew, has certain things that make me think of some lagers.

2005 bottle. Very strong yellow-gold appearance, not watered down looking. Slight copper-brass tone to it. Lightly hazy with a moderate amount of head, fairly well-retained. Aroma of wheat, light soap, a touch of sour yeast and a bit of light vienna malt. Grainy huskiness in the flavor, with a smooth torrefied wheatiness. Crisp, lightly citric hops and a good deal of body, relative to style. Very drinkable, refreshing, no off-flavors. Peppery carbonation, a touch of honey, drinkable to the extreme and light-bodied, but not watery.

Clear light abmer colord liquid with a fine head. Some hops evident in the aroma. Light and refreshing taste, somewhat lacking though. Good light texture.

Medium hoppy aroma over a clear, golden ambery color. Very lacking in flavor with the only discernable flavor being the lingering hoppy in the aftertaste. eh.
