Dark copper, tight keggy head. Tasted like the finish of the previous beer I’d had, which was about half an hour earlier. Fleeting hint of sweet malt. I think. Better than the tapwater because it has less flavour. Jukkabro (3023), Tampere, Finland
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 22, 2007 Dark coppery colored, slightly cloudy appearance. Medium sized white head. Sweet, mildly roasted toffee aroma, let’s say noticable "Irish Smithwicks"-aroma, though this comes from England. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor has also toffee with mild licorice even, same creamy tone also in flavor. Drying aftertaste with slight caramel. oh6gdx (8839), Vasa, Finland
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 12, 2005 Draught. Copper coloured, caffrey’slike huge white creamy head. After "settling a few minutes" it is still big and creamy, and the creamy head lasts until the beer ends. Fruity aroma with hints of hops and also some caramellishlike hints. Fruity and caramellish flavour. It’s very sweet also. Hoppy and fruity aftertaste. Good carboration and pleasant in most ways. TBone (6783), Pori, Finland

Clear nut brown, mahogany. Perfect off-white creamy and steady head. Mild aroma, a bit soapy, weak coffee. Light to medium bodied, smooth mouthfeel. Not much roast - watery. Quite similar to Kilkenny but thinner and weaker mouthfeel. (3/4/6/4/10 2.7) Re-rated draught
Nut brown, flowery nose. Light-bodied but a good amount of flowery Goldings hops is present. Totally different than in my first sample - it was Irish Ale, this was more like a bitter. (6/3/6/3/12 3.0)
