Tap@SomePubDublin. The flavour and so on is not bad. But so isn’t the flavour of applejuice. And that’s what it more or less tasted like: lighly sparkled apple juice.

[2195-20090523] Tap. Mild apple barrel aroma. Clear, dark yellow body with quick foamy bubbles. Juicy apple flesh flavour is like thick fruity water. Light-medium body. Seems more like apple juice than cider.

2009-05-23. Crisp dark yellow body with a white foam on pouring fades. (2+) Mild sweet aroma, apples and generic fruit, very mild. (5+) Flavour is simple, sweet juicy apples throughout. Just a bit of tart apple in the finish lingers. Okay. On tap at Guinness Storehouse, Dublin

Clear golden with fast dissapering head, carbobated. Notes of fresh sour apples, little artificial. Very sweet with some sourness and dryness in finish.

On tap at The Gate Clock, Dublin airport. Appe juice color. Smells of fresh apples. Tastes like green, Macintosh apple. Quite lacey. I undertand why this would be a good beer, but not for me.

Draught. A clear golden body with just a tiny ring of foam. I couldn’t really rate the aroma because the guy next to me was having a cigar. The palate is pleasant, medium carbonation. Cashel’s has a semi-sweet vineous flavor, somewhat buttery with hints of vanilla. Only the finish brings some sweet apple notes. Actually this drink reminded me of Chardonnay. I’m not a great cider drinker, yet I think this one is quite good.. Maybe some more apple taste would make it even better, could also have been drier for my liking.
