And that’s what it more or less tasted like: lighly sparkled apple juice. mabel (2626), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Clear, dark yellow body with quick foamy bubbles. Juicy apple flesh flavour is like thick fruity water. Light-medium body. Seems more like apple juice than cider.

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 4, 2006 Draught. A clear golden body with just a tiny ring of foam. I couldn’t really rate the aroma because the guy next to me was having a cigar. The palate is pleasant, medium carbonation. Cashel’s has a semi-sweet vineous flavor, somewhat buttery with hints of vanilla. Only the finish brings some sweet apple notes.
Actually this drink reminded me of Chardonnay. I’m not a great cider drinker, yet I think this one is quite good.. Maybe some more apple taste would make it even better, could also have been drier for my liking.
