bottle: Pours a hazy gold color with a pretty sizable white head. Smell is crisp with some spice notes. Taste is sweet, maybe some raisin feel. Taste is also very crisp. Not bad.

Bottle. Light golden beer with a nice whitish head. LIght malty aroma with a bit of spice. Malty flavor - some sweetness in the finish, with a bit of spice and grass. Crisp and refreshing. Doesn’t have a lot of spice and yeast component and borders on a pils. Clean. Not bad.

Aroma: Delicately balanced nose wavering between noble hop and clean pils malt Appearance: Ok head retention, blond body, good clarity. White head. Flavor: Crisp, clean and dry upfront with some sweet malts in the finish. Low hop. Very clean. Palate: Very thirst quenching, dry finish with moderate carbonation, giving a little carbonic bite but not over the top. Overall: Clean, crisp and very delicate and drinkable brew.

A bit over sweet to me. the malts give off a honey-crystal like feeling of taste. the rest seem light fruits while the hops are absence .

The aroma is sweet with malt, honey, yeast, and fruit. The appearance is blond with haze and a small head. The flavor is like the aroma (sweet) and very much like a Belgian Ale. The palate is a bit thin. This beer is somewhat watery and weak but it is still OK.

2005 Pours a golden color with a white head. Aroma is of grassy tones, lemon, spices, fruit, and sweet malts. Light on the palate with grass, lemon, and spices at first. Finishes with some citrus and other fruits. Flavor doesn’t really linger very long. First beer of this style and it wasn’t too bad. Curious to see how it ages.

Clear golden color with a ring of white lace. Decent aroma and flavor of malt, spices and honey. The body is light to medium with a creamy texture and lively carbonation.

2/9/07: Bottle.
Warm sunshine yellow body – full of tiny particles – white head. Breadie/ grassy nose with a touch of lemon. Flavor of coriander, spice, and citrus also slightly dirty with an over-ripe white grape quality. Finish is crisp.
