Oct 23, 2004 Off-white head, amber colour, aroma reminding og nuts and fruits. The flavour has an aftertaste of fruits and nuts too. A nice, well balanced bière de grade, although not the best I have tasted.

Sep 17, 2004 (Bottled) Nice amber color with small head. Sweetish, caramely, buttery and fruity aroma. Slightly sour apple juice flavor with oak hints and cardboard. Medium-bodied, oily palate with low carbonation. No aftertaste and still missing the yeast. Boring.

Jul 11, 2004 Bottle. Poured an amber colour, with a thin, off-white head. Malty aroma.. Highly carbonated, with a thinnish mouthfeel. Taste is malt and hops but mostly a sugary sweetness. A long sweet and then sour finish. Too sweet for me.
