| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 8, 2007 Not bad. It might be a little oxidized, but only a little bit. Aroma has yeast as well. Flavor is a balance of sweet malt like a dark Belgian ale with yeast and light spice. Cloudy, light brown appearance with some sediment. These Ch’ti beers aren’t bad, but far too expensive. I only paid $5 for this and it is a good value at that price.
