Very regular amber beer.

Sep 24, 2007 Bottle from Intermarche, Nr Boulogne, France. Orange amber with an off white head. Sweet date malt aroma. The taste is spicy, yeasty caramel with a sharp bitter finish. Easy drinking brew, but you feel slightly let down. Something is missing.

Aug 23, 2007 Bottle sampled. Pours a hazy amber with a large beige head. Aroma of caramel, fruit, and spices. The flavor is sweet, honey, fruit, caramel, spices, with a bitter finish.

Jul 13, 2007 Bottle. Pours an amber color with a longlasting white head. Sweet malty caramel aroma. Sweet malty and slightly yeasty caramel flavor. Dry malty finish with some weak hints of apples in the aftertaste.

Jul 8, 2007 Not bad. It might be a little oxidized, but only a little bit. Aroma has yeast as well. Flavor is a balance of sweet malt like a dark Belgian ale with yeast and light spice. Cloudy, light brown appearance with some sediment. These Ch’ti beers aren’t bad, but far too expensive. I only paid $5 for this and it is a good value at that price.
