Feb 5, 2007 Nice sweet banana on the nose with hints of tofee. The flavor once again as with the previous Ch’TI beer lacks. A little watery and overly sweet.

Feb 3, 2007 Pours a dark amber color (duh) with a thin head. Strong sugary aroma and a way thicker malt hit than I expected from a Biere de Garde. Unfortunately, the taste did not live up to the invitation. It’s a very watery mess of weak malt and nothing else. Sad.

Jan 24, 2007 30 June 2006 - Pungent sweet fruit malt and spicy hoppy aroma. Cloudy brown-orange colour, poor head and poor lacing. Big simple sweet fruit malt and spice flavour. simple hop and tangy finish with a light bitter aftertaste.

Apr 23, 2006 An amber color beer with a sweet caramel taste, but also some citrus fruits aftertaste. It has a long lasting head. I liked it but not a big fan.
