Commercial Description:

Small head and sweet aroma. The flavor was sweet and malty but too watery.

Nice sweet banana on the nose with hints of tofee. The flavor once again as with the previous Ch’TI beer lacks. A little watery and overly sweet.

Pours a dark amber color (duh) with a thin head. Strong sugary aroma and a way thicker malt hit than I expected from a Biere de Garde. Unfortunately, the taste did not live up to the invitation. It’s a very watery mess of weak malt and nothing else. Sad.

30 June 2006 - Pungent sweet fruit malt and spicy hoppy aroma. Cloudy brown-orange colour, poor head and poor lacing. Big simple sweet fruit malt and spice flavour. simple hop and tangy finish with a light bitter aftertaste.

Bottle 50cl. Red/brown. Malty, sweet, berries, dry... you know the story. But i also tasted: Earthy, mould, like the aroma of a wet gym-towel, after two weeks in a plastic bag...

Nice looking poor with a small but frothy head. Very drinkable with some floral tones. A bit tame for a french country ale.

An amber color beer with a sweet caramel taste, but also some citrus fruits aftertaste. It has a long lasting head. I liked it but not a big fan.
