Amber hazy ale with a thin white head. Sweet vanilla in aroma, with maderized malt, vinous notes. Sweet malt in mouth, oxidized. Light orange notes. Oily nouthfeel. Bottle shared with Gonzobeer. Merci Hans.

Pale golden body with a medium size, almost lasting white head. Yeasty aroma with apples. Medium bodied, simple, light caramel and spice, very easy drinking, but can’t see that it is meant for "keeping" too long as it hasn’t got too much in it for my liking. An improvement on the brune though.

Decent blonde but spicy in an unusual way.

Nice taste of green, sour apples but with a sweeter finish, a totally different experience compared to Beligan blondes. If the French can come up with more like this, I would be very happy.

Bottled. (75cl) Slightly hazy light beer with a white head. Fruitiness, sweetness and some mouldy elements. Sweet, fruity flavor with yeast and barnyard. Light bitterness in the finish. (051104)

Best before or bottled on(?) 06/04/05. Amber. Small, whispering, cream colored head dissipates quickly. Roasty malt, caramel, toffee, sugar, yeast-aroma. Creamy malt up front with bittering hops picking up in the end. Roasty caramel/toffee flavors, some must, some yeast and clove, also. Yeasty, chewy aftertaste. Creamy and tingly full/medium body. Not excellent, but 3.1 seems low.

Golden in colour. White head, leaving a lace on the glass. A perfumed aroma. Also grassy aroma. Sweet flavor but also spicy flavour. A little think mouthfeel and a grassy and hoppy aftertaste.
