Ch’ti fajtára Biére De Garde az ale francia különleges változata amit viszonylag magas hőmérsékleten főznek.Ahogy felbontottam a dobozt,egyből igyekezett kifelé sűrű hab kíséretében,pedig több napot pihent a hűtőben.Szerencsére a pohár kéznél volt,így nem sok ment kárba.Amint az első roham után leapadt a hab,töltöttem még rá.Szépen habzik ez a szalma színű ital de a habja elég hamar el is illan a pohár szélén pókhálós peremet hagyva.Nincs erős illata,engem arra emlékeztetett,amikor falun frissen mertünk vizet a kerekes kútból+ egy pici élesztő.Íze gyümölcsös,citrusos csípős.Szépen érezni a malátát is.Utóíze száraz,keserű.Bitter rajongóknak érdemes próbálni!
