| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 19/20 | Jan 13, 2007 Pours a lightly hazed golden amber with a quarter inch of pure white sudsy foam. Decent head retention, very nice webby lacing, with a steady stream of carbonation. Mild aroma lightly sweet and fruity.
Mellow tasty flavor - tangy and lightly sweet wheat malt, a light sweet apricot, herbal hops. It is drier in the finish, with the wheat and the herbal hop character standing out. Not quite medium body, smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Plentiful carbonation - ever so slightly fizzy Papillon (207), Sudbury, Ontario, Canada
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | Dec 30, 2009 750 mL Bottle. Clear gold body with foamy-fluffy white head that settles to a tenacious layer. Lively carbonation. Aroma of light sweet malts, grains, wildflowers, honey, and innuendos of citrus peels and spruce. Flavor of light sweet malts with an accentuation of caramel, hops come up in the aftertaste as a citrus-spruce character rounded out by a butterscotch expression. The finish is sweet malt-creamy. Nice beery-fizzy in the mouth. I could drink this any day. BigBilly (127), London W3 6PF, England

Flavour is malty, a bit fruity and enough sweetness to compensate. Very pleasing balance, feel very fresh and does not taste alcoholic at all. I’m rather partial in favour of Ch’ti beer, and this was confirmed in this very nice brew. Citellus (28), Copenhagen, Denmark
