Commercial Description:

25 cl bottle, ’bbe’ Oct 07. Dark chocolate brown, dark ruby red when held against the light. Small, beige lace. Modest nose of caramel and a whiff of burned malts. A sweetish touch of pralinés noisettes. The taste is much drier, with pronounced bitter notes - dark malts, bitter chocolate rather than hops. An earthy touch retronasally. Medium bodied.
