Pours dark reddish brown with a large irregular head. Lots of head with each re-pour (my glass was too small). Floral and fruity aroma, very smooth yeasty apple flavour. Excellent brune.

Thin head on dark brown body. I was a little skeptical, but it turned out to be anexcellent Yulebeer. I drank it with pleasure, and all guest approved.

65 cL bottle. Pours black with a huge brown head. Sweet molasses aroma, a slight bit of spice too. Medium bodied mouthfeel. Flavour is breadish at first, it then goes sweet and reveals a sweet molasses flavour. Dark malty and dry notes of raisins and plum. Underneath is soft spice flavour and a very minor yeasty note, but both appear more mellow than in a classic belgian brune. Quite nice.

(Bottle 65 cl) Pours a beautiful, clear mahogany with a warm, reddish glow and a small, creamy, beige head. Quite full-bodied with rich, hard roasted and sweet malts. Accents of burned caramel and licorice and a wee hint of metal. No real bitterness. Lovely and very christmasy. 261206

Brown colour with a baige head. Dark fruits aroma. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of berries, but also spices again with cinnamon standing out and again with hints of acidity.

Dark brown. Beige, greyish tall head. Great lookd. Malty sweet aroma. Good carbonation. Rich, malty flavour. Notes of smoke. Very sweet. Faint notes of chritsmas spices in the finish. Hides the ABV very well. Light brew, great drinkability, very well balanced... Dont drink and ride reindeers...

A red-brown beer with a fine beige head. The aroma is very sweet and very spicy with cinnamon being most dominant, but the aroma also contains notes of berries and is slightly acidic. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of berries, but also spices again with cinnamon standing out and again with hints of acidity. Even though it holds 7.5% ABV the mouthfeel is thin.

Bottle. Dark brown with nice beige head. Quite malty, chocolate, roasted bitter finish, medium bodied. Certainly drinkable, not outstanding.
