imdownthepub (5086), Banbury, Oxfordshire, England Oct 1, 2009 Bottled, 750ml cork & cage, aged 4.5yrs. Gold with white head. This had aged well, still good condition with a light fruity aroma. The body had a deep fruity flavour, peachy and tangy, maybe a sharp apple note. Lacks a dryness, but really pretty decent and reasonably smooth with the aging. MiP (8793), Sønderborg, Denmark Apr 21, 2009 Bottle, 7.5%. Clear dark golden colour. The flavour is nicely malty, slightly sweet, quite peppery. Has a little vegetable, but seems clean. Good peppery aftertaste with a rough, cleansing bitterness. johndoughty (2150), cheslyn hay, West Midlands, England Mar 17, 2009 Bottle. Medium golden color, average head. Very fruity, somewhat sweet aroma. An amazingly fruity flavor, apple, citrus with a touch of honey, grapes, not very sweet really, with good hop bitterness. A long lasting hop finish too. Very original tasting. Bart (1625), Vosselaar, Belgium Dec 27, 2008 Hazy darker amber coloured beer with some light carbonation and a rather small white head.
