La mejor cerveza biologica que he probado. Pero la verdad no son muchas. Son demasiado caras para como saben.

65cl bottle from Carrefour, Calais. Gold colour with thick lasting white head. Toffee on aroma. Toffee in mouth. Not a wonderful beer, some hop on end. Hop is a tad soapy. Not that great.

Bottle corked from Party Town. Poured clear yellow color with a minimal fizzy white head that mostly diminished with fair lacing. Moderate sweet citrus aroma. Light to medium body. Medium citrus sweet flavor with a medium sweet corky finish of moderate duration. Soft beer with average character.

This beer has almost no flavor of any kind. the malts are weak, no hop bitterness and a weak palate. as crazy as it seems this would work best for the morning drinker. Its not terrible but its below average.

The aroma has malt, syrup, and some yeast but it’s light. The appearance is golden with some haze and particles and a small head. The flavor is light and grainy with a touch of sour mash and Alka-Seltzer. The palate is thin. Overall it’s not good but maybe it’s old.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow colour with a white head. Very much aroma of caramel, malt and toffee-like. Flavour of malt, caramel and very little of hops not so clean taste but very refreshing and very easy to drink.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of tbone_. Pours a slightly hazy, golden with a dense, white head. Sourish, malty aroma. Medium in body with fairly sweet malts and then some fruity or floral accents. Has a vague, underlying tartness, but absolutely no bitterness. 090407

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of butter and straw - and the flavor is somewhat malty with notes of butter and straw. Not in top condition.
