Smells of wood glue, sawdust. Flavor is light malt sweetness, corn syrup. A little bit of fizzy bitterness and then a sour end. As it warms, it grows syrupy sweet. Medium-light body, moderate to high carbonation. Strykzone (1478), Wood River, Illinois, USA

Beer was definitely on the thin side and not distinguishable at all. I found it to be drinkable and not offensive, just disappointingly ordinary. Dorqui (1361), Brescia, Italy

Watery and lightest scent. Difficult to feel scents. Taste still worse. Watery and little bitter, nearly detersive. Shag (1923), Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA

Sigh. Here we go. There is a decent malt presence in the beer with some grass and lemons. The skunk taste isnt as pronounced as the smell. Drinkable but nothing Im really enjoying either. Nasty, nasty nasty aroma - not just skunked, but also a skanky cardboard funk goin’ on, plus some cooked cabbage to top it all off. Horrible. Flavor isn’t as bad as the aroma, but close. Just canned corn and slight bitterness. Ick. Cornfield (4945), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA

Mayhaps this was an older bottle, but after perusing the other reviews, I doubt that it would matter. It did pour a nice golden color with a fizzy white head, albeit a short-lived one. The aroma is of an indeterminate skunky sweetness. The taste sweet and grainy... I can’t find any hops. Pretty noxious stuff. waveman352 (178), Walden, New York, USA
| 0.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 2/20 | Nov 30, 2004 Had it on draft in Italy in a hotel about 3 months ago and damn was is bad. You can see why Italy is not known for its beer making abilities after tasting this beer. Virtually no head and had a very bitter smell like a strong ale which is intersting considering its nothing more than a pale lager like miller lite. The whole beer tasted skunked and their is defiantly no point in trying it. If you go to Italy a word of advice stick to the wine and avoid the beer especially this one at all costs.
