Can. Average fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Good lacing. Clear pale yellow colour. Hay grain, caramel. Light bodied with a thin texture. Flavour was light sweet with hints of bitterness. Sweet finish.

Canned. Pale, boring lager with a faint bitterness in the finish. This is the type of beer that dominates supermarket shelves in Italy, and if you wnat something cheap, you get something cheap!

This is a very very thin beer. Nearly no head, Nearly no aroma, nearly no body and nearly no appearance. I´d rather drink Heineken or Fosters, than this.

12 oz. bottle- color of pale golden yellow , with a light white head - nose of oats , sweet , hay , malts , and brine – taste of yeasty , cereal , hay or dry straw and some mild hops - body light , medium carbonation and slightly creamy – aftertaste of yeast , and milky

Dull golden body with a poor white head. Sweet aroma of mainly malts and maybe a bit of corn. Taste is fairly bland but easily drinkable for a summer quaffer, thin body and a touch sweet on the finish.

Castello Birra Premium Friulana Bionda
Pours a sparkling straw yellow with an attractive feast of fine, streaming carbonation that easily sustains its mounting ’Millennium Dome’ head that trails foam down the glass. Sweet, tangy apples, vine clippings and feint grain nose that fades fast. Quite subdued and a little watery in the mouth. Nothing outstanding. The usual blend of sourish malt, slight apple flavour, well-defined, generous hop bitterness in back. Grassy, dry malt swallow that has a short-lived hop linger on the palate. Becomes mildly soapy as it warms, but otherwise it remains crisp when kept chilled. Decent mind-number, especially come the heat of Summer. (33cL, BBE Feb ’08, The Beer Store Morley)
