Sep 11, 2006 My label looks the same, though mind says Castello di Udine Birra Italiana, 12oz, no date. Pours a clear golden with a one and a half finger bone white head. Aroma is of some light spicy hops, paper, old dried raisins, and a little bit of tanginess. Flavor is paper and light sweet malts, and the old dried raisins. Very little, if any, bitterness. Creamed corn finish. Light bodied, moderate carbonation. Not spectacular.

Aug 6, 2006 Canned. pale yllow in colour. Foamy white head. It has a somewhat repulsive aroma. It’s malty with a barnyardish scent. The flavour is watery and kinda metallic. Thanks to "Dorqui" for this one.
