Castello Birra Italiana Pils

Bottle 0,66ltr bought it in Italy: Nice hoppy golden coloured lager, very thirstquenching.

Canned as Castello Premium on board Dolomite Airlines, I enter the rating here. A crisp, clean pilsener, very decent for an airline. Well balanced, malty body and dryness from the hops.

Bottled 0,50L. Voluminous and abundant head even if quickly escaped. Shining yellow color, discreetly bubbly. Mean scent of cereals and little other. Medium prickly taste but much watery one and with a bitter of fair intensity on the end. Disappointing.
