| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/20 | Oct 1, 2004 Clear, light golden lager with a tiny, big bubbled, white head. Zap! The head is gone in a flash. The aroma and flavor are mostly sweet. I didn’t pick up an abundance of hops like other raters. Those that I did pick up were light and a bit astringent on the palate. Apple juice, honey and sweat. Light-to-medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and lively carbonation. I wouldn’t take a trip to Italy... or even the local beer store for this one. However, thanks to Chris for finding this one in his basement from a trip to Europe last year. jbrus (4895), Delft, Netherlands
