Jul 31, 2005 Draft at Music City Brewer’s Fest. Nice full brown color with a frothy, light brown head. Moderate smells of caramel with some mild coffee in there also. The flavor was chocolate and coffee with a slight bitter ending. Light body for a brown but still very nice.

May 30, 2005 From a growler at a wedding party in Asheville. Nice, roasty, dry, English Brown. Nothing too incredible, but a good dry malt with a bitter roasty finish.

Dec 22, 2003 On tap at the Flying Saucer in Charlotte. Cloudy red-brown appearance. Not much aroma to speak of. Sweet at first, but way too hoppy in the back. Needs some work.
