Poured hazy yellow color with an average fizzy white head that mostly diminished and fair lacing. Light to moderate grainy and sweet malt aroma. Light to medium body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Light sweet flavor with a light sweet finish of moderate duration.

May 29, 2009 on tap to glass. pale gold yellow with thin quickly disappearing head. aroma is bisquit-like. flavor is somewhat creamy and oily, with a sweet bready flavor. a little corn maltiness in the end. not bad, but there are much better beers with more flavor out there.

Oct 26, 2008 Sampled at the Knoxville Brewer’s Jam. Poured a clear yellow color with a one finger white head. Aroma of malt and corn. Flavor was not good. Tasted stale. Palate was VERY thin. Not creamy at all.
