Draft sample at Knoxville Brewers Jam 2009. Poured hazy yellow color with an average fizzy white head that mostly diminished and fair lacing. Light to moderate grainy and sweet malt aroma. Light to medium body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Light sweet flavor with a light sweet finish of moderate duration. Average brew.

on tap to glass. pale gold yellow with thin quickly disappearing head. aroma is bisquit-like. flavor is somewhat creamy and oily, with a sweet bready flavor. a little corn maltiness in the end. not bad, but there are much better beers with more flavor out there.

Sampled at the Knoxville Brewer’s Jam. Poured a clear yellow color with a one finger white head. Aroma of malt and corn. Flavor was not good. Tasted stale. Palate was VERY thin. Not creamy at all.

Sampled at the 12th Annual Knoxville Brewer’s Jam. Pale yellow, thin white head. Dry hop and lager like pale malts. Slight skunkiness on the palate. Where is the creaminess? An ok lager.
