Draft at Barley’s Tap in Knoxville. Poured a hazy copper color with an average frothy white head that lasted and produced good lacing. Good hoppy citrus aroma. Medium body. Moderate bitter hoppy citrus flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of average duration.

An amber apperance with a moderate head. The aroma is caramel, oranges, and pine. The flavor is on the sweet side for an IPA but the bitterness comes through on the end. Some caramel, oranges, and grapefruit showing through at the end. Not world class but a good session IPA.

heavy lace, picking up lots more bitterness with only a touch of the balancing sweetness, touch of citrus character, settleing down nicely over the years into a good drinking IPA on the bitter side of life

Draft at Barleys. Cloudy orange-brown with a small head. Aroma of malt, marshmallow, slight grassy herbs and dishwater. Flavor is dry yeast, nutty; not a whole lot of hops. Palate is light, dryish, and watery. Eaahh.

Chattanooga, Tn. - Mellow Mushroom - on tap. Bright orange pour, nice white head - sticky lacing. Faint sprucey aroma. Solid fruity flavor with some subtle citrus notes. Good malty balance though with some strong nutty notes. Thickish mouthfeel. Soild IPA.

On tap at Barleys in Knoxville, TN. Poured a orange color with a very small head. Aroma was slightly hoppy. Not much of an aroma at all. Flavor was a toned down IPA. A little bit of citrus in there as well.

On tap at Barleys in Asheville, NC. Poured a nice orange with a great head. Aroma was very fresh hops. Flavor was a bit mellow, but still very servicable.

On tap at Barley in Knoxville. A hazed orange/amber pour with a lite white head. An aroma of hops as expected with a citrus kicker. A slight citrus fruitiness flavor and sweetness that is kicked in the ass by the hops quickly. A nice hoppy bitter finish. Not a great beer but not a bad one. I would gladly drink it again.
