This is an all organic stout. The head is not all that impressive. The taste is great, very original. It is the most common brew in my keggerator.

Roasty coffee aroma and creamy looking head. Creamy tasting too. Nice light stout, liittle on the dry side, creaminess is prevalent at beginning and end. Good beer.

Disappointing head, but a pleasent coffee-ish taste and an appealing dryness in the finish.

Tap. Pours a nice deep dark brown near black with a thick head. some lace. Aroma is chocolate malts, good roast, and hints of anise seed. Leather and earth flavor sharp licorice some tar and big chocolate malts, lots of dry roast and nuts, toffee sweetness in the middle and dries out in the end. Nice overall.

Draft at Mellow Mushroom, Asheville, NC.Big coffee and roast malt aroma. Dark brown to full black with a rapidly diminishing head. Bitter roast coffee and dark chocolate flavor. A little thin and without any real flavor range, but mostly pretty nice.

A dark brown with hints of red on the edges. An aroma of chocolate and coffee. Toasted maltiness with just a hint of sweet before it fades to a very nice finishing dry bitter. Good carbonation and mouthfeel make this a pretty nice stout.
