Jan 4, 2009 bottle, pours the lightest yellow I have ever seen in a beer, with a tall white head. Smells citrusy sweet with a light hop scent. The flavor is sweet and sour malt with a light bitterness in the finish, very sweet though. Not my thing, I would prefer a more bitter blond.

Dec 27, 2008 Bottled. An unclear light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet citrusy combined with light notes of malt. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of citrus, leading to a dry wheaty and citrusy finish.

Sep 13, 2008 Pours light golden yellow color. Quite a bit of head to begin with that dissipates to small layer that remains throughout drinking. Smells like sweet candy, a little citrus, and quite yeasty. Tastes like YEAST, a whole lot of it, sweet, a little bitter at the end with some fruitiness. Interesting concept for a beer, does ok for what it is.
