opened with a bang, and after half a second to make it a bit more dramatic i guess, beer and foam gushed out of the bottle and into my glass as good as i could aim the beergeyser. beer cooled off fast after that. opening bang was forceful enough to make the swingtop mechanism unhinge from one of its holes on the bottle. cloudy red, small particles, large messy white-pink head, which goes away fast, leaving a bubbly smooth film. nice aroma of blueberries, alc and a bit sourness, faint bubblegum. flavor is boozy, turns quickly bitter, ending blueberry fruity and bitter. so mostly fruity alc bitterness.

swing top bottle 330ml. -at Delirium Tremens, Brussels. Dark red coloured, medium sized pinkish head, berries nose. Tart taste of berries with rather bitter finish. One-dimensional and not so pleasant.

Drank from a bottle into a chalice in Brussels Great dark blueish purple color with decent white head on pour. No lacing here. This beer is all about the smell and taste. Very strong smell of blueberries and a light touch of spice. Taste is just like blueberries. My favorite lambic by far.

Bottle. Pours reddish amber with bubbly pink head. Rather tart blueberry aroma bit artificial. Flavour is sour berries with some gum like thing. Medium body. Seems too artificial.

33cl bottle @ VinensVerden, Odense. Pours a hazy red with a small pink head and lacings. Nose is sweet of sugar and synthetic berries. Blueberry and sugar. Some gum. Light sourness. Medium and sticky palate. Ahh... too sweet and synthetic - no balance.

ZBF09. Very fruity aroma, some vitamin pill. Cloudy dark red colour. Small stable white head. The flavour has some fruit and vitamin pill, no iron though.

Bottled 33cl. Appearance: A deep red beer with a tall, slightly pink head. Aroma: Rather poor. Hints of blackcurrant, christmas pudding and blueberries. Flavor and palate: The alcohol is too apparent. Sweet blueberries notes. Overall impression: Definately not worth purchasing again. I don’t like Bon Secours beers up to now.
