Feb 19, 2008 Bottled @ One Pint Pub, Helsinki, Belgian Week 2008. Hazy, honey-tee colour, small white head. Very sweet aroma, honey and fruit. Cognac maybe? Taste not as strong. Wood. Good finish.

Feb 12, 2008 Bottled. Amber colour with small white head. Aroma is alcohol, caramel, a lot of spices and also some vegetably notes., Flacour is spices, fruits, malts and quite much grassyness. Alcohol is noteable too. A quite pleasant brew, though at some point you will get tired of the "loads" of spices used in this one.

Feb 6, 2008 (Bottled) Opaque orange-brown with a medium head. Fruity, lightly alcoholic aroma with a bit vegetably hints. Fruity-berryish flavor with toffeeish malt, some alcohol burn and a typical Caulier house yeast feel. Medium-bodied palate with evident, but not disturbing alcohol. A typical Caulier, and not bad as such. Even the alcohol doesn’t bother.
