Gross, gross, gross....12oz bottle "gift" from GF, ...maybe she was trying to poison me.... very gimmicky. I was able to taste some lagerish, maybe light malt from it but mostly it was all spicy and disgusting. One of the few drain pours I’ve had.

Clear, pale gold with a small, white head. Aroma of green chile pepper, hint of vinegar, and a light dose of corny grain. I think they use a vinegared chile pepper, gross. The only good thing it has is the heat. Light body, light carbonation. Not good for my beer average.

Rating this one for fun. Pours a bubbly gold colro with pretty much no head. Huge chili peper aroma, all thats really there. Kind of makes the stomach nauseus. Very hot flavor, burns the mouth actualy more than I was expecting. Not overwhelming hot, but like you put some chili sauce on the tongue. Its just all pepper, I’m not even gonna try to describe anything else, because my mouth is burning. Interesting experience but anybody that drinks this for pleasure is either sick in the head, or has a bad case of SoLanism.

(bottle) pale gold, no head. Faint chili aroma. Couldn’t taste the beer over the hot chili spice, but it had no body. Bleh.

Thanks to tronraner for sharing this bottle with us at the Tennessee Spring(ish) Tasting! And no thanks to those of you who forced this on my at the time ;-) Sorry for the seemingly high score, it wasn’t the worst beer I’ve ever had and at least it wasn’t infected. Clear light yellow pour with no head. Faint chili aroma, no malt, no hops. No chili, malt or hops appear in the flavor. Just heat. Poorly done, one dimensional brew. Next.

Bottle from Netto. Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow with no head whatsoever. Aroma is heavy with chili - absolutely nothing else. Quite low carbonation. Flavour is very hot, very powerful (my beer has been on the shelf for a year!). Not exactly terrible, just not what I’d label as a beer. A funny experience, but I can’t see when and why I would otherwise drink it.

bottle - Wow, what was I thinking when I finally bought a bottle of this stuff? For the record I did drink the whole bottle. Maybe I DO hate myself. About halfway through I plucked the chili pepper from my glass and set it aside. Is that cheating? Anyway, it pours a really fizzy yellow with a thin, disappearing head. It smells like chili pepper and not much else. The beer taste is very light. It’s just a thin, watery pale lager. The pepper flavor easily buries this weak beer and completely dominates the palate, hitting hardest in the finish. It’s a bad, weak beer with hot spice thrown in it. Bleh... definitely one of the worst beers I’ve had...
