There is some corn malt as well. The appearance is straw gold with almost no head but the floating chili is quite humorous. The flavor is like the aroma with some corn malt but completely dominated by the chili pepper. My mouth and throat are burning. The palate is thin but it’s hardly worth noting in this beer. The aftertaste is burning chili pepper. I have to say I don’t like it because this is not my thing but if you like really hot stuff this beer is not that bad. Palidor19 (1785), Brandon, Florida, USA

However unless your fond of Chili peppers I would not recommend this for long consumption. its a standard pale lager with a spicy chili pepper. GreatLibations (1447), Last Supper, Arizona, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 5/5 | 3/10 | 1/5 | 10/20 | Sep 21, 2006 Pours pale gold w/ no froth. Aroma of biscuits and chili pepper. Medium nectar w/ NO effers. This brew is hot to the tongue. The heat kills any other flavors that may be surviving in this brew of volvanic proportions. I must say, I did make a slight connection with it’s heat, but that was it. I love hot mexican food but this brews a definate drain declogger. I’ll bet it works better than drain-o. Overall: I’ll never have it again. Actually, now that I think about it. I’d drink this over BUD ! DWIGHT!! ehhdayton (1113), USA

Upon pouring the sound of the carbonation is akin to that of soda pop. The color is a plae yellow with absolutely no head. In fact all you get are large bubble that go away as quickly as a soda’s would. The aroma of chili peppers is the only aroma and should have warned me of what was to come. But no I had to take a sip of this monstrosity and one was all I took. The burning sensation of the chili pepper was all I could notice and the rest went down the drain. Impossible to take more than a small sip. I needed lots of water to restore my tastebuds a bit. Bart (1653), Brussels, Belgium
| 1.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 3/20 | Sep 13, 2006 Yellow coloured with no head, no carbonation. Sweet green chili-aroma, vegetables. Taste is really hot, nothing else than pepper, and indeed spoiling your tasting capabilities. This is not what you could call beer. Too overwhelming, nothing good. skortila (2907), Bunnik, Netherlands

Crappy vegetable - carrots aroma. Clear yellow coloured with no head. Taste is pure liquid pepper, spoiling your palate for a while. What a terrible crap. Unbelievable.
