Mar 29, 2006 75 cl bottle. Pours cloudy golden with an enormous, quite unstoppable white foam that just keeps coming. It is rather stable, though. Aroma is very yeasty, with hints of orange zest and grass. Sweet banana flavours like a weizen, some fruits with a semi-dry finish. Medium body, fizzy. All in all, quite an agreeable blonde that comes close to a wheat beer.

Mar 10, 2006 Bottle. Hazy dark orange colour with eruptive carbonation. Creamy and rich snow white head. Dry aroma of banana, oranges, wet grass, herbs and yeast, notes of pepper and leaves. Fruity flavour of of banana and orange-peels, notes of herbs, white bread and cream. Smooth fruity aftertaste of wheat and orange-peels. Light farmhouse character. Nice tripel!

Feb 16, 2006 Dark orange colored, hazy appearance. Little white head. Spices, yeast, fruits, banana, orange and mild licorice in aroma, rich one. Medium to full bodied. Licorice, spices, fruits and mild alcohol in flavor. Aftertaste lasts with spices and mildly dry tones. Fine Tripel!

Dec 30, 2005 A hazy orange beer with a small orange head. The aroma is yeasty, dusty and flowery, while the flavor is sweet yeasty, but also with some dusty and spicy notes as well as hints of the alcohol. Straight down the middle of the road blonde.

Hazy, darkish orange, lively carbonation, small but steady white head. Fruity, a bit woody nose with some spices similar to Fantome beers. Medium-bodied, woody, some hops, spices and added sugar. Dry aftertaste. I found "saison-touch" here.
