Mild gusher. Cloudy light golden color with a fluffy, big bubbled head. mild aromas of pale malt, flour and bit of citrus. Sweet floral flavors and gooey malt flavors. Mild dough and yeast. Some dry herbal bitterness in the finish. LIght has a touch of tartness, green apple? A strong blond to a triplel.

Bottle - 330ml. Hazy golden body with average carbonation and an average white foamy head. Good malty aroma with hoppy/grassy and flowery hints. Well balanced malty/hoppy taste with bready and honeyish notes. Alcohol is well hidden. Ends with a decent bittersweet finish.

Clear golden coloured beer with lots of carbonation and a small white head. Herby grainy aroma. Full sparkling palate, also bit creamy. Finish is herby, coocked vegetables like ending dry.

33cl bottle from Dranken Geers. Have to agree with Oakes’ rating on this, really rather wheaty and the icing sugar reference is just about right. In fact i can’t get that description out of my head on the finish. Odd vegetal flavour somewhere. Shame as the other 2 beers I ’ve had from this brewery were very good indeed. A wheaty sherberty icing sugar golden beer, with some interesting vegetal herb flavour somewhere lurking behind the sugar sweetness. Fairly bizarre. I quite like it even for it’s clearly basic faults.

(33cl bottle, "Tournay," bb 6/2010) Gusher of a white head atop muddy apple cider body. Aroma is moderately sweet, apple/pear, candi sugar, yeast, some chardonnay, light nutmeg. Taste is moderately sweet, yeast, some straw, apple, clove, candi sugar. Medium body, light creaminess, fairly drinkable.
