Nov 26, 2007 Bottle. (thx for sharing, papsoe) Hazy, yellowish body, topped by an off-white head. Sweet and fruity aroma. The flavor is a bit lactic, else it is fruity, citrusy and slightlly bitter. Medium body. The finish has the same weak sourness, and is quite fruity. I bet the sourness wasn’t intended from the brewer. (071006)

Oct 31, 2007 Very pale golden beer, thick creamy head. Aroma is lightly berryish with a soft earthy Belgian malt character. Light apricot and a fruity lightly spicy yeast. Soft dustiness and a lingering earthy character. Quite nice.

Oct 8, 2007 (Bottle 33 cl) Hazy golden with a creamy, beige head. Lightly sweetish fruit aroma with a whiff of yeast. Medium body, some fruit and then an odd, underlying tartness - sorta Berliner Weisse sour, which I doubt is intentional. Almost no bitterness. 061007
