Commercial Description:
Tournay Noire is a beer, refermented in the bottle, with an alcohol content of 7,6%. It contains only natural ingredients: water, four malts, two hops, yeast and sugar. We select special malts and very traditional hops to give it a powerful, long flavour in the mouth and a quite a strong hint of bitterness. This is a beer that will really appeal to Stout lovers!!

Draft. A pitch black beer with a brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of roasted malt and chocolate with a slight underlying acidity from the roasted malt. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of roasted malt, a sharp note of ground cocoa and coffee beans on the palate, as well as notes of dark bitter chocolate, and a slight acidity from the hard roasted malt coming along in the finish. The mouthfeel is very creamy and the alcohol tickles the tongue.

From tap at Den Tatoverede Enke. Pours dark brown to black with a thick lacing tan head. Mild acidic and hardroasted aroma. Acidic and light metallic initial flavour. Flavour is hard roasted malt clear outconqoured by the more fruity and light estery yeast note. Holds a solid acidic note to the dense yeast and malt flavours. Ends mild spiced, yeasty and with a roasted malt note.

33cl bottle from Dranken Geers. Really impressed with these beers. The noel was good and so is this. A bit charcoal stouty. Black body iwth thick tan head. Really drinkable. Smooth in mouth. Good bitterness on finish. Excellent stout and there was me thinking that the Belgians couldn’t make stouts. Good stuff this.
