Aug 8, 2008 Light golden. White head with huge bubbles, fast colapsing. Mainly apple aroma and flavour. Sweet, well balanced. Good carbonation. Lacks pears in the aroma.

Blond color; fizzy; poor head. It has a sweet aroma of apples and pears, a bit woody. It’s medium-sweet, but I expected more body (indeed at the end is quite dry, with a light astringency); it has a fruity flavor, but nothing exciting. Soft drink.

Feb 13, 2008 Bottle, 750ml, cork & wired. Greenish yellow, carbonated, no head. Just the fact that it was my first French Perry made me do it, its not really an alcoholic drink, its more pear juice lightly fermented. Acidic notes, quite fresh, a little too sweet. Nothing I would return to.

Feb 6, 2007 Pear aroma. Small frothy initial apperance. Off-white head. Fully diminishing longevity. Clear sparkling body. Light yellow color. Heavy bitter initial flavor off pear. Medium palate.

Jan 2, 2007 Bottle. Pale yellow with decent small pearls. Nice aroma of not too sweet pears. Nice balance between sweetnes and fruitacid. Well made cider.
