Jun 21, 2008 Bottle. [After party @ Papsoe, thanks buddy] Average fin bubbled white head that mostly lasted for a cider. Fair display of lacework. Clear golden apple juice color. Aroma of fresh apple juice, citrus, yeast, dusty notes as well. Over the palate came nice dry and fresh apple. Medium bodied with a lively carbonation and dry texture.
