Celestial Meads Clarity

Very light golden color. Sweet aroma of tropical fruits and honey, with a whiff of alcohol. Very sweet flavor front to back, with earthy papaya, floral honey and a hint of mint. Nice flavors here, but again very sweet.

This had a very unique texture and taste on the palate. A lot of residual sugar and fruitiness, a bit of eucalyptus, and a slightly menthol character, but not heavy at all on the palate. I am not sure I could drink a lot of this but I loved trying it.
